I reside in California and began my online house search in the Phoenix area by downloading nearly all the Apps…Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc. After a few days, I compiled a list of homes and requested a ‘Virtual Tour.’ I received a call the following afternoon, an automated call, then after speaking with a couple Customer Service reps, I was connected to Krys. I had a unique circumstance of finding a home for my daughter while she attends PT school, while also planning for my upcoming Retirement, in addition to meeting a specific timeline. I explained my situation to Krys and he was also able to view the few properties I selected to ‘tour.’ Turns out, I was not eligible for those particular homes and he educated me on the various types…the single-family homes, the COOP, the double-wide mobile homes, the condos. I had a crash-course and was so appreciative his time. Krys then sent me a link where I was able to filter a list of available properties that would fit my needs. At the end of the call, he also explained next steps and he would connect me with his Lender, Mr. Ashor Beno, to start the pre-approval process. As Krys promised, the very next day, I received a call from Ashor, who was also just as delightful and patient, and that is how my journey started.Once the pre-approval was complete, which processed at minimal time, Krys generated a customized list of homes that would suit my needs and price range. If at any time an available home hit the market, I would receive an instant email notification, and the lists came flowing that evening. Meanwhile my daughter and I surfed the listings from Krys in addition to the other downloaded Apps or Google search. We emailed Krys nearly every day with questions, if our own housing selections were available. Within the hour, nearly every single time, Krys replied and broke down every detail we asked about the property, while also giving us valuable insight into the various local areas and market. It was evident he respected our time and needs and what was important to us in finding the right home.Roughly three weeks in, we arranged several virtual tours where again, Krys was very accommodating, prompt and thorough. Those homes did not pan out for various reasons. One neighborhood in particular, the condo was in good condition, however NOT located in a safe area. We were so grateful for his Honesty. It was just another indicator of his expertise and how knowledgeable Krys is about the various cities, while at the same time, caring for OUR best interest and safety…not interested at all in making that quick sale.Then finally after what seemed like a long, failed, grueling search, we found THE house…well, condo ?? Krys took the time to thoroughly explain the Home’s details before I decided to move forward. The Closing process began…Before the thought even crossed my mind of purchasing a home, my daughter already had plans to visit Phoenix to tour her new campus. Now that we decided on this condo, she made arrangements to physically see the home and meet Krys. My daughter arrived 10 min before their arranged appointment time and Krys was already there. Again, punctual! He brought his measuring tape and as they were touring the place, she asked questions and made suggestions, Krys in-turn shared his thoughts. The short time spent was so very valuable and it made planning the move-in that much easier. It meant the world to me that while I was not there, Krys was so helpful and took care of my daughter.Finally, THE DAY OF CLOSING came. Just as Krys and I started this journey together, he called to tell me CONGRATULATIONS, you are officially a Homeowner in Phoenix!!!!!The entire process from the start, the everyday communication, the Inspection, the Appraisal, Krys’ entire Team…I did not think it was doable, let alone easy, to purchase a home while NOT residing in the same state. My timeline was met, still with 3 additional weeks to spare before our actual move-in date. Between Krys and Ashor, they kept me informed, they were transparent, every question or concern was answered and we were taken care of 1,000%.I was so extremely Lucky and grateful to have connected with Krys, just by chance, thru an automated call. Two months. We had TWO months to search/decide/buy a home. We did not want to renew our apartment's lease for another year. Housing market around here is unpredictable. We would schedule a tour in the morning and by late afternoon it would be under contract. We were discouraged. Fortunately, we had Krys guide us through the whole process. He showed us a wonderful property that had a for sale sign, but it was temporarily off market. Sellers agent told us it would take a while, well beyond our timeframe to close.
